After an early IT Tech career (yes, an IT Recruiter who started in IT!) Tim moved into IT Recruitment in 1985 (yes, over 30 years ago!). He's built & managed high-performing sales teams and delivered growth and managed KPIs and objectives across IT Recruitment, E-Learning and International Education. He's always led from the front and is still very much a hands-on salesman at heart with a quiet, confident, consultative, strategic approach to sales.
He has and does work closely with blue-chip as well as start-up and mid-tier clients to deliver quality recruitment services. He excels in multi-national, multi-cultural situations especially with C-Level contacts where he is always looking to develop long-term win-win relationships based on speed, value and dependability, backed up by new ideas, partnership and courtesy.
One of his major roles is representing EMW as their European Recruitment Manager working with recruitment partners to bring the best Cyber Security contract talent into NATO.
He is very hands on, and has built great sales teams, is comfortable in front of small or larger groups; he is the author of a business book, articles for trade publications and speaks at numerous conferences around the world.
