Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Cloud Systems Administrator to become a key player in our growing team. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure within the Microsoft ecosystem. As a startup, adaptability is essential, and the ideal candidate will oversee various IT functions, including cloud infrastructure management, procurement, user support, and endpoint configuration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management:  Oversee and maintain cloud infrastructure using Microsoft Azure to ensure security, efficiency, and high availability.
  • Security Administration:  Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols with Microsoft 365 Defender to safeguard company assets.
  • Endpoint Management:  Configure and maintain company devices via Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Autopilot.
  • Operating System Administration:  Ensure optimal performance and updates for Windows across all endpoint devices.
  • Virtual Machine Oversight:  Manage Windows and Linux virtual machines within the cloud environment.
  • Dynamics 365 Administration:  Support and administer Dynamics 365 applications to meet business objectives.
  • Procurement & Asset Management:  Handle IT hardware purchasing, including laptops, monitors, and related peripherals.
  • Technical Support:  Provide IT assistance to employees, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Device Configuration & Deployment:  Set up and deploy new devices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:  3-5 years in IT administration, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies and Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Azure
    • Microsoft 365 Defender
    • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (including Autopilot)
    • Windows 11 administration
    • Linux virtual machines
    • Dynamics 365
    • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft and Linux technologies (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, Linux Professional Institute Certification) are a plus.
