Highlights:
The Plant Director is responsible for leading the commissioning, start-up, and manufacturing operations of the new Clean Ammonia Site. Plant Director ensures the plant meets the strategic goals and objectives of the organization, as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards. The Plant Director manages the plant budget, resources, and staff, and coordinates with other departments and stakeholders to ensure optimal engagement and performance.
The Plant Director will have direct oversight of Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Technology, HSE, TAR, and Capital Projects.
Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (or equivalent)
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Commissioning and start-up experience of green and/or brownfield developments
